Please join us for a social evening with a cocktail hour, dinner and live music! There will be door prizes and a few opportunities to help Beaver Brook "Fund-a-Need". We hope that this evening brings together Beaver Brook supporters and friends for an evening of connection and celebration! Location: Mile Away Restaurant, 52 Federal Hill Road, Milford, NH. The event will take place outdoors under a tent in the garden. In the case of cold or inclement weather, we will have heaters and side panels to protect from the elements (wearing layers is recommended). Schedule: Cocktails in the garden begin at 5:00 followed by a buffet dinner and greeting at 6:30 Cocktail hour: Live music by Guitarist Chris O'Neill, passed hors d'oeuvres, one complimentary drink per person, and a cash bar. Attire: Dressy casual. Layers are recommended in the case of cool weather. Tickets: $85 per person, adults (18+) only $640 to purchase a table for a group of 8. Attendee names for the tables are not required at the time of booking but are requested by May 14th. Tables will be reserved under the purchaser's name. Tickets are limited. Please purchase your tickets by May 10th. Refunds will be considered in the case of illness. We are happy to accommodate ticket transfers if your plans change. If this event sells out you may add your name to our waitlist by emailing Erin Kennedy at ekennedy@bbanature.org When purchasing a ticket please consider making an additional donation to help Beaver Brook pay for the cost of staff member tickets. Buffet Menu: Grilled Marinated Beef tips, Grilled Marinated Chicken, Fresh Roasted Vegetables, Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes, Chilled Vegetable Pasta Salad, House Mixed Green Salad, Caesar Salad, Bread and Butter.
